3. Account Registration and Security

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on q789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q789 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your q789 account immediately in most cases. In rare instances where a delay occurs due to a payment processor issue, please contact support with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or as otherwise agreed with the q789 payments team. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30–60 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 3 business days for IBFT bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Pakistani public holidays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on individual players.
• q789 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond q789's control.
• Funds deposited and not wagered may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by q789. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation, including where we reasonably suspect unusual betting patterns or market manipulation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on q789. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

q789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
